• The architects were chosen for this project based on a preliminary design competition.
  • The project included a new middle school classroom wing and a new 450 seat auditorium totaling 19,000 SF.
  • The classroom wing and renovation project includes 4 classrooms, 2 science rooms, faculty space and a 50 person meeting room.
  • Four of the existing classrooms were enlarged and reconfigured to have direct access to the new 2-story commons which connects the existing building and the auditorium.

This project won the 2004 AIA Chesapeake Bay Chapter Honor Award.
