Philosophy

We strive to build strong relationships and we pride ourselves with our high percentage of repeat business, stressing the importance of design excellence with an emphasis on detailed construction documentation for all projects—large and small. This results in fewer change orders during construction and less questions from the field.
O&A collaborates closely with architects, embracing a team approach to address complex and unique structural challenges that carries from the early design phase through to construction.
Revit (BIM)
Each member of our staff is proficient in Revit. This software allows for seamless integration with Revit Architecture and Revit MEP, enabling us to create a comprehensive building information model (BIM). BIM encompasses the use of a consistent, coordinated, and computable building model, as well as accurate construction documents and cost estimations. Revit enables us to streamline coordination efforts and provides new opportunities for collaboration.
